A well established and reputable rug and carpet business based in Chelsea is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their team. The company mainly work with interior designers and trade clients and therefore they require someone who has previous experience of working in a similar business. Experience of selling carpets and rugs is preferable however candidates with experience of selling other high-end interiors products will also be considered.
The position requires someone with a strong eye for design and colour, texture and overall aesthetics. The role will involve working on the cusomisation of rugs and carpets as well as occasionally working with clients to produce complete bespoke carpet / rug designs. You would also visit client projects where you would be required to offer a design consultation on various rug and carpet options. Along with this would be the opportunity to work with the directors on designing new seasonal collections.
The Sales Executive would get to work on some exciting interior projects ranging from luxury residential interior design to boutique hospitality, hotels and cruiseships. You would be responsible for overseeing installation and sign off with the client. The role is offered on a Monday to Friday basis. Salary up to £45,000 plus commission adding £15,000 - £20,000 on top of basic.
