- Maintain and update the sales ledger, ensuring all monetary transactions are accurate.
- Reconcile accounts receivable records with sales invoices.
- Liaise with the team to resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Process customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Prepare reports on account status for the Accounting & Finance team.
- Provide assistance during audits and financial reviews.
- Collaborate with the team to improve accounting processes and procedures.
