**Sales Executive - Main purpose of the job:

As Growth Manager your main role will be to grow the core book of unmanaged clients through cross and up sale campaigns of the Trust Payments suite of products, working to commercial targets on volume and revenue generation.

You will be tasked to identify growth opportunities subject to location, MCC, Vertical and other indicators, followed by planning and execution of those campaigns. This can be in the form of outbound call, marketing, or digital campaigns.

Sales Executive - Key Duties:

  • Identify growth opportunities in our Core Business Book
  • Planning of targeted campaigns for specific products and new releases, working alongside the Growth Management Team Leader & Product teams
  • Reach out through calls and emails to our Core Business Book with the aim of cross and upsell, or growth of volume
  • Become experts in the product suite of Trust Payments and positioning product to the right set of clients based on functionality, industry and geography
  • Ensure we are ethically selling the right products to merchants who require them
  • Handle incoming leads from the Support functions for new products from the Core Business Book
  • Handling commercially led cancellation requests coming from the Core Business Book which may require re-negotiation with the client to retain their business
  • Handling repricing or contract renegotiation discussions for the Core Business Book
  • Scrutinise the data of the Core Business Book and report on any trends

Sales Executive - Qualities and Skills required:

  • Must be prepared for some ad hoc travel between Trust Payments locations as well as able to travel to client meetings throughout the UK
  • A self-starter dedicated and driven personality with experience in a professional office environment previously.
  • Payments experience desired
  • Experience selling over the phone
  • Willingness to learn and drive to meet commercial targets
  • Excellent levels of both written and verbal communication
  • Must be a team player and able to work alone.
  • Experience of Zendesk and other CRMs such as Salesforce, not essential but preferred.
  • Good Proficiency in written and spoken English (other languages considered an asset)
