Job Title: Family Solicitor (Finance)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: Kent
Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, a leading law firm with multiple offices across Kent. We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join a friendly, motivated and forward thinking privately funded Family team. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative team while being supported by an assistant on all matters of complexity.
Duties include:

Managing a complex caseload of private family matters including but not limited to;

Family finances on divorce ranging from mid to high net worth

Pre-nuptial agreements

Disputes between cohabitants in relation to jointly owned property

Children cases concerning the arrangements for their care and divorce

Developing and growing the firms commercial offering

Supporting more junior team members
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Ideally 4+ years PQE
- Prior experience working as part of a busy family team, handling a variety of private family matters
- Commercially astute and technically strong
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship management capabilities
Package:
- Circa £55,000
