Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Birmingham (onsite with scope to move hybrid)
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Manage digital, social media, email, and traditional campaigns.
- Execute events, marketing communications and online presence across various digital platforms and social media
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Oversee marketing budgets and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with sales to align strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Master's a plus.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or a professional services background
- PPC and Social Media experience
- Experience of organising events
- Successful track record in marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in digital marketing, analytics, and marketing tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
