Digital Analyst

Job Description: As a Digital Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting data to inform digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for implementing and managing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, optimising conversion rates (CRO), and ensuring data security compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track and analyse website performance.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and website performance to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Develop and execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to improve user experience and increase conversions.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Create and present detailed reports and dashboards to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles and techniques.
  • Security clearance is required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
