Job Description:
Our client a very well regarded law firm based in Hampshire is currently seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Associate to join their firm. This opportunity offers a fast route to partnership and/or directorship, The ideal candidate will have a strong corporate focus, with experience in managing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage corporate transactions including M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and corporate restructuring
- Provide strategic legal advice to a diverse client base, including SMEs and large corporations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Collaborating directly with the director while offering guidance & support to junior staff
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 8 year's PQE in corporate law
- Ability to work on a hybrid basis permanently
- Eligibility to work in the UK
