Busy, varied, and hands-on IT Technician role - you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for this multi-site retail business. Including Network equipment, and POS systems. Driving licence is essential, and flexibility to work outside of core hours (including weekends) due to retail business needs.
Salary is £30,000 - £40,000, DOE. Core hours - 7am - 3pm.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Technical support - provide hardware, software and network support at head office and retail locations. Supporting end users with desktop, and POS issues
- IT Systems Maintenance - conducting maintenance on routers, servers, printers and POS equipment, maintaining and updating software, including MS 365. Setting up and configuring new hardware
- Network Management - Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure including Wi-Fi, LAN and WAN, installing and configuring new devices.
- Data Management - Regular backups of NetSuite, C2EPoS and PowerBI
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years of IT Support experience, ideally in a retail setting
- Hands-on experience of POS systems, Windows and Networks
- Experience with cloud services and software
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills - this role involves interacting with a huge variety of people with differing IT skills
- Flexibility to assist outside of core hours
- Full clean driving licence is essential, the role will involve lots of off-site support
