Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: Wolverhampton
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Accountant to join our finance team. The role involves working closely with a qualified Accountant to assist in managing accounts across the Group. The ideal candidate would be a team player who is passionate about their work and thrives in a close-knit team environment!
**Daily Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices on a daily basis and completing three-way matching
- Managing monthly supplier payment runs
- Completing reconciliations for supplier statements and company bank accounts
- Creating sales invoices and allocating payments
- Managing petty cash and expense processes
**Ideally, You Will:
- Be a proficient user of Microsoft packages including Excel and Word
- Have previous Accounts experience or working towards an Accounts related qualification
- Have experience with Sage 50, although system training can be provided
- Be a confident communicator that wants to be a part of team
