Administrator / Data Entry
Salary: up to £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) Office Based
Duties will include:
- Updating customer accounts to ensure personal information is kept up to date. This includes managing the updated mailboxes and liaising with customers once updates are actioned.
- Accurate data entry
- Documentation checks, ensuring they comply with legislation.
- Retrieving data as requested
- Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
- Liaise with internal departments.
- General administrative duties
Skills and experience:
- High level of attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good administration skills
- Adaptability / flexibility and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
- Ability to work under varying workloads and pressures.
- Positive approach and can-do attitude.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
