You will enjoy a role where no two days are the same and you will be given the opportunity to develop relationships at all levels as you provide support to a firm which is currently experiencing exponential growth. You will be given the opportunity to work with the wider HR team on recruitment, selection, marketing/attraction and development.

Their hybrid working policy is three days in the office and two days at home.
Some other role responsibilities will include:
- Assist in planning networking events, presentations, and skills sessions.
- Coordinating event logistics, venue booking, and sourcing speakers and attendees.
- Representing the firm at recruitment events.
- Assisting with the recruitment selection process, including advertising and screening applications.
- Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with trainee associates to discuss their development.
- Support the Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability (CRS) team in delivering work experience schemes.
Person Specification:
To be considered for the role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Educated to degree level in any subject (CIPD would be an advantage).
- Experience in dealing with university and/or school leavers.
- Understanding of the graduate landscape and the importance of brand awareness.
