Are you a Room leader looking for the next step in your career ? Are you a nursery manager looking for a new opportunity starting end of August 2024?

This is a 12-month role, temp to perm or for the right candidate a 12 month contract will be offered at the following Full time: 35 hours Term Time Only (39 weeks) Salary: £28,150 (FTE: £32,336)

Milk Education is partnered with a large and nurturing Nursery who are based in L8 area of Liverpool. The nursery provides childcare for adult learners at a local college in the area.

The Nursery will support you with managing the nursery and offered additional training and support. You will be working with an experienced team who has a passion for supporting the children

The role would be starting end of August 2024, working hours Monday-Friday 08:30am – 4:00pm and the Nursery are looking to interview over the upcoming weeks. (WC 29th July and 16th of August ).

What you need to apply:

  • Experience of working with children within a nursery
  • Fantastic knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and how to plan in line with the framework
  • The passion to enable children's development and to assist them to fulfil their potential
  • Senior or Management experience
  • Experience working in 0–2-year-old or 2-4 years rooms

  • Taking care of children's personal needs
  • Supervising children and ensuring their safety
  • Nurturing child development through early childhood education

Non-negotiables:

  • Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting or similar.
  • The ability to be guided by the class teacher
