I am keen to speak with Paralegals about joining a legal technology firm, assisting an investment banking client based in Central London. This will be an initial 6-month contract with the possibility to be taken on permanently.
The Paralegal will act as a Client Success Analyst and will the point of contact between the team working on the documentation reviews and the client. You will be expected to oversee a small team and be able to confidently relay information and updates throughout the process between your team and the client.
This role will offer a hybrid style of working with 3 days in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, particularly in relation to complex legal documentation.
- Manage the client journey from client inception, project delivery, BAU, ensuring clear communication and a seamless, high level experience.
- Utilise legal knowledge to support codification of complex agreements, such as ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association) and GMRA (Global Master Repurchase Agreement).
- Lead and manage a team of third-party resources, providing direction and support as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to capture and address their specific requirements during implementation.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience as a Paralegal in documentation review.
- Experience in Legal Operations, Legal Onboarding, Contract Negotiation is vital.
- Legal contract exposure - ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA etc.
- Client-facing experience.
- Leadership experience is desired.
- A degree in Law is desired.
- Clear and professional communication skills.

6-month FTC with the expectation to be made permanent. Paying in the region of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
