I am currently seeking a Housing Disrepair Solicitor / Fee Earner to join a team in Liverpool. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service and achieving optimal outcomes for their clients.
As the Housing Disrepair Solicitor / Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of housing disrepair claims, encompassing both pre and post-litigation cases. Your duties will involve drafting a range of interlocutory applications and maintaining communication with Counsel as necessary.
The ideal candidate for position will possess essential previous experience in housing disrepair and demonstrate a target-driven mindset coupled with a steadfast commitment to exceptional client care. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities are essential, along with an in-depth understanding of CPR and Housing Conditions case law. The candidate must exhibit the capacity to deliver high-quality client care, collaborate efficiently within a team dynamic, and proactively employ initiative to address challenges effectively.
