We're currently recruiting a dedicated Window Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure all Health & Safety measures are always adhered to.
- Work autonomously, lead the window cleaning team and ensure all daily cleaning is completed to the required standard.
- Ensure that all equipment is kept maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.
- Follow the cleaning schedule and periodic cleaning schedule as directed by the FM Management team.
- To carry out the various duties required under the terms of the cleaning specification as directed by the FM Management team.
- Drive and control the use of the FM department window cleaning vehicle and associated machinery ensuring all are maintained accordingly.
- To operate machinery as shown and trained to do so, ensuring that the equipment is used safely and in accordance with current regulations and company policies.
- Update and maintain window cleaning operators training record cards.
- Ensure that window cleaning team members are present each day and sickness and absence are reported to your Line Manager.
Our ideal Window Cleaning Supervisor will:
- The candidate must be a UK national and have an up to date full 5 year work history to gain security clearance at military establishments.
- Clean Driving Licence is essential.
- This is a physically demanding role which requires the applicant to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- The candidate must be prepared to travel to other military establishments and schools throughout Devon & Cornwall.
- Experience preferred but not essential, full training will be given.
