Our client is a large PE backed multisite business, they are now is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner - Property
The successful candidate will have Property experience, and be responsible for Investment appraisals through scenario modelling as well as financial performance management of major projects. Involved in acquisitions, disposals and major capex projects you will critically assess these and provide analysis, recommendations and advice to senior stakeholders. This will include full ownership of the monthly Property Board investment proposals.
In this high profile role you will have responsibility for the property capex co-ordination and business cases. This position will business partner with a number of stakeholders including the Property Leadership Team as well as the Group wide Finance Function.
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong modelling / analytical skills gained from a Property background, and demonstrate an ability to understand a large multisite organisation.
