Group HR Advisor

Contract Personnel are seeking a dedicated Group HR Advisor to join their Norwich based client's team. This role will see you supporting their workforce at multiple locations across the region.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, strong HR generalist, with demonstrated experience of managing a high-volume case load in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

And while passionate about making a difference, they will be confident, assertive and resilient, with excellent presentation and communication skills.

Excellent MS Office skills are essential, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point. Previous experience of utilising HRIS is desired.

A full driving licence is essential as this role requires you to regularly travel to their sites across the East of England offering on the ground support to their teams. A company vehicle will be provided to assist with your duties (electric vehicle options are available).

You may be required to carry out any other duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job, as requested by the line manager.

Other desirable attributes:

  • Working towards CIPD Level 7.
  • Experience of working in a multi-site environment.

This role will be full-time, 40 hours per week. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

With a minimum of 3 days per week on-site or out in the field, with 2 days working from home. But this needs to be flexible as you will be travelling to 18 sites across the East of England, so travel time is taken into consideration.
