Consisting of strategic and resourceful lawyers, the team have experience in handling the most high-value and complex disputes and utilising their extensive knowledge to achieve a desired solution.

Our client are seeking an IT Helpdesk Manager to lead and oversee the IT helpdesk team, ensuring the highest standards of technical support are provided to the companies internal customers. Daily management of the IT helpdesk, troubleshooting complex technical issues and maintaining the companies high levels of customer service are paramount for this role.

Reporting into the IT Director, the postholder will manage a team of 4, with a wider technical team on hand if there is a need to escalate any issues. As well as managing the team, the postholder will need to implement help desk policies and procedures that are in-line with the company framework. A understanding of IT packages such as Microsoft Office/Windows are essential. The company also use a practice management system called Aderant, a document signing system called Netdoc's and an expenses system called Chrome River. Experience with these systems would be preferred but not an essential requirement.

Although the role will be in the Northampton based office, there will be requirements to travel to other offices in Milton Keynes, Leicester, Oxford, Norwich & Cambridge, so someone with a clean UK driver's License is essential. This role is an office-based role, with only very limited flexibility for hybrid working. If you wish to work 2-3 days from home a week, then this wont be right for you.
