Jenson Fisher have been engaged by a rapidly expanding organisation based in Glasgow to recruit a Credit Controller, on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be have a proven track record in credit control and will be able to hit the ground running. This is an office based role to join a busy team.
Main duties:
- Contacting customers via phone and email to chase debt
- Reducing aged debt and minimising legal/bad debts
- Dealing with credit control queries
- Maintaining and reconciling a high volume of accounts
- Supporting the Credit Control Manager
Requirements:
- Credit control or sales ledger experience is essential
- Proficient user of Excel
- Strong communication and rapport building skills
- Team player
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
