From humble beginnings and an idea from a local entrepreneur, to a projected turnover of £12 Million in 2024, our client has experienced significant growth in recent years and has plans to further expand across the UK, Ireland and Europe. They are seeking to appoint a Community Marketing Executive who will be responsible for the execution of their day-to-day marketing and communication plans across the customer social media community.
Working closely with the Community Marketing Manager, the Community Marketing Executive will be responsible for delivering the social media content plan ensuring that consumer engagement is enhanced, in line with brand guidelines and commercial opportunities are maximised. The Community Marketing Executive will be responsible for monitoring the highly- active online community, analaysing posts and crafting engaging responses to consumers.
The Community Marketing Executive will work as part of the wider marketing team to ensure that the online community remains a positive environment, supporting the consumers on their personal journey.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills alongside the following experience:
- 3+ years' experience within a Marketing role in fast-paced environment, delivering marketing strategies across social media platform
- Proven track record of successfully executing marketing strategies within the consumer goods, food or FMCG industry
- Demonstrable experience of understanding and following brand guidelines delivering campaigns to boost customer engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and presentation skills
