In this role, you will support the Finance Manager with various accounting tasks, including processing purchase ledger invoices, credit notes, and sales ledger invoices, as well as reconciling and matching supplier invoices. You will also utilize in-house software, with full training provided.
This role would suit a Purchase Ledger Clerk or someone with similar experience who seeks a stable and secure role with a leading engineering manufacturer. THE ROLE:
- Assisting the Finance Manager
- Processing purchase ledger invoices, credit notes and sales ledger invoices
- Bank Reconciliation and assistant with end of year reports
- Sage
- Office Based, Mon-Thurs 8am-4.30pm, Fri 3.15pm
THE PERSON:
- 2 years Purchase Ledger Experience
- Adaptable and professional
- Comfortable with all accounting tasks
- Commutable to Birkenhead
