About the Job:
The Finance Manager will have full responsibility for managing the financial operations of the organisation. You will be instrumental in overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Duties will include:
- Managing fee schedules, invoicing, and payment queries
- Overseeing accounts payable and ensuring the timely payment of supplier invoices
- Preparing and analysing monthly management accounts and providing variance reports
- Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with pension and tax legislation
- Preparing financial submissions
- Administering cash flow forecasting
- Leading the annual budget process and coordinating financial audits
About the Successful Applicant:
You will be a carrying out an accounting qualification or have equivalent experience, with at least 5 years in a standalone finance role. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong skills in management accounting, budget preparation, and financial forecasting, alongside proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel. Experience with payroll, pensions, and statutory accounts is also essential.
