Bennett and Game are seeking a Flood Risk Engineer for our client based in Manchester. Our client is continuing to grow and due to client demand they are looking to bring on an enthusiastic and talented Geo-Environmental Engineer to join their Swindon office and be part of our long-term sustainable growth.

**Flood Risk Engineer
Position Overview
- Production of Flood Risk Assessments for planning applications
- Development of surface water management plans
- Completion of drainage impact assessments
- Creation of drainage strategy and detailed SuDS designs
- Contribution to Geo-environmental Investigation reports
**Flood Risk Engineer
Position Requirements
- HND or BSc in Civil Engineering, Hydrology, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in a UK consultancy or Local Authority role completing Flood Risk Assessments and drainage design
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, AutoCAD, Masterdrain, GiS software, or similar tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think strategically and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- High motivation for this specific opportunity
- Self-motivated team player with exceptional people skills
- Ability to work under own initiative while fully coordinating with line manager's requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
