Are you an immediately available Finance Assistant?
I am looking for a Finance Assistant to join a business in Chelmsford, for an initial 3-month temporary role.
This will help them with a busy workload and help to catch up in the department. However, there could be potential for further opportunity.
You would be in the office 5 days a week.
The role
- Bookkeeping – booking in journal entries
- Bank reconciliation
- Petty cash
- Analysis of data from the general ledger for reporting
- General administration across the function, including assisting with managing emails across the central Finance inboxes
You must:
- Be immediate
- Have previous experience within a similar role to hit the ground running
- Previous purchase ledger experience
- Have used an accountancy package
- Able to work as part of a team or individual
- Have excellent communication skills
