Document Controller

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and maintain all controlled company documents
- Update and control procedure documents and forms
- Create and manage document hierarchy and process systems
- Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
- Timely distribution of latest revision level documentation to all appropriate users and ensure that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution
- Maintain a comprehensive filing system and computer database for all documents to be retained in the document control centre
- Manage the process of distributing documents and ensuring that all stakeholders receive the latest version of each document
- Respond to requests for documents and information from company personnel
- Ensure all documents are as up to date as possible within electronic filing systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, MS Excel, Dalux and Viewpoint 4 Projects
- Familiarity with project management
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Data organisation skills
- Attention to detail
