The Role

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data submission for client carbon reporting. You'll work with both current and recent data, helping identify issues and driving process improvement through automation and streamlining existing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and management of data systems
  • Analysing data to identify outliers and trends for further review
  • Calculating average data and assisting in data submission for client reporting
  • Managing workloads efficiently to ensure deadlines are met
  • Collaborating with suppliers to import/export data from systems
  • Supporting operations managers with general data processing tasks

The Ideal Candidate:

You will have a strong analytical mindset and be comfortable with data. You will have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • GCSE Mathematics (Grade A minimum)
  • Experience in data entry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders
  • Maths or analytical background (desirable)
  • Experience with Excel VBA (desirable)
