We're searching for a Senior Personal Mortgage Progresser to join a leading company in the financial services industry. This role is all about guiding our customers smoothly to the finish line of their mortgage journey, ensuring their dream home becomes a reality.

What You'll Do:

  • No Sales, Just Service: Say goodbye to cold calls and sales pitches! This role focuses purely on supporting customers who have already had their mortgage approved.
  • The Finishing Touch: You'll be responsible for managing the crucial last steps in the mortgage process, ensuring all paperwork and documents are complete and that everything is in place for a successful completion.
  • Customer Champion: Liaise directly with customers, housebuilders, and solicitors to keep everyone on track and fully informed. You'll be the go-to person for making sure everything goes smoothly.
