Salary up to £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
The role will involve:
- Implementing a continuous training program for existing employees in line with identified training needs and legislation updates
- Providing regular training to all staff on the in-house legal case management system
- Assisting with induction training and playing a key role in the employee onboarding experience
- Collaborating with senior management, supervisors, and HR to identify training needs
- Conducting regular one-on-one coaching sessions with trainees
- Attending departmental meetings to gain insights into business and user requirements
- Developing, designing, and updating training materials
- Creating and designing training content for the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Tracking and maintaining attendance records for training sessions
- Reporting to management on additional training needs for individuals or teams
Suitable candidates will have:
- Proficiency in IT and experience of using legal case management systems
- Strong technical skills
- The ability to present information clearly and concisely
- Excellent communication, influencing, and partnering abilities
- The ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A natural ability to motivate and encourage others
- The ability to customise training programs to suit different levels of trainees
- The ability to learn new systems and processes
This is a full-time permanent job which is fully office-based, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
