My client is an established, and profitable, Manufacturing business based in Loughborough, seeking a Finance Manager on a permanent, full-time basis.
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a team of 5 (X2 Credit Controllers, Financial Accountant, Assistant Accountant, and Purchase Ledger Clerk)
- Producing the monthly management accounts and sales analysis reports
- Reviewing and analysing KPI's and variance reports for the business and departments
- Preparing budgets for departments and the company
- Supporting the FD with the year-end audit process
- CAPEX analysis
- Ensuring that all statutory filing requirements are submitted in a timely manner
- Building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and the board
- Payroll
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Reconciling and posting journals
- Assessing monthly accounts to reduce mispostings
The successful Finance Manager will have:
- Management experience
- Live within a commutable distance to Loughborough
- End-to-end accounting experience
- Part-qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA), Qualified, or Qualified by Experience
