The Territory Manager to be based in the North East and Scotland to drive sales growth within the independent retail sector.

The role will involve managing existing business and developing new business across the independent retail channel.

Description

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and surpass sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering outstanding service.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand the competitive landscape, and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Sales Execution: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and prospective customers through effective sales techniques and presentations.
  • Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing concerns, and driving account growth.

Profile

A successful Territory Manager - North East and Scotland' should have:

  • Ideally you will have managed and grown territories within the FMCG Sector
  • Knowledge of independent retail, garden centres and farm shops would be desirable
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build productive professional business relationships.

Job Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £36,000 - £38,000 per annum.
