We are pleased to be supporting one of the UK's top independent suppliers of office services in the hunt for an Internal Sales Associate.
The day to day
As an Internal Sales Associate, your day-to-day tasks will include engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, providing product and consumable recommendations, negotiating prices, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing sales enquiries, and achieving sales targets.
The need to know
Salary: £25,000 + Commission
Location: Ely - based on-site full-time
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
About you
The successful candidate will have a minimum of one years' telesales experience, ideally industry related. This role is well suited to a driven, self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, confident with sales and a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Microsoft Office skills / Excel knowledge
- Able to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- Achieve call targets for new and existing customers.
- Achieve Consumable revenue target.
