Transformation Business Analyst/Project Manager required to join a renowned organisation on a full time temporary basis. My client is looking for an ambitious and highly motivated individual who knowledgeable in Derivatives and Collateral with substantial Middle Office experience.

Key responsibilities of the Transformation Business Analyst

  • Responsible for supporting the Pillar lead in the development, maintenance and management of project plans and associated artefacts that support delivery of project objectives
  • Work closely with business sponsor and SME's to drive target operating model outcomes and ensure business needs will be met in the end state model which is developed with the vendor
  • Drive process improvement to ensure that future state model realizes efficiency objectives as well improved client service opportunities
  • Partner with both incumbent and future state vendors to ensure smooth transition with minimal impact to business continuity and clients
  • Ensure all aspects of migration are planned for and delivered, including operational processes (considering control and risk aspects), technology development and all legal and client communication requirements
  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects and coordinate cross project activities
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
  • Apply change, risk and resource management
  • Responsible for managing multiple concurrent delivery schedules with varying levels of complexity and priority

Required skills and experience of the Transformation Business Analyst

  • Extensive experience in Project Management / Business Analysis capacity
  • Excellent Asset Management experience
  • Detailed knowledge of Middle Office functions/processes
  • Proven ability to develop effective multi-organisation processes with supporting technology developments
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • High level of organisational skills
  • High level of analytical skills
