CRM Data Analyst

Salt has a brand new CONTRACT role just launched with one of London's most rapidly growing Social Media Agencies. They are sourcing for a Freelance CRM Data Analyst for an ASAP starting position. In this role, you will play a crucial role in analysing customer data, generating insights for clients via narrated graphs, tables, and reports. Your expertise in data analysis, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics will be key in driving customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer data from various sources (CRM platforms, social media, email marketing, etc.) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation.
  • You will monitor and evaluate the performance of CRM campaigns, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • You will work closely with the Data Planner to devise data collection strategy and specifications, including tag management, to collect the best digital and CRM data
  • Create dashboards, visualisations, and reports to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different CRM strategies and campaign elements and seek to use automation whereever possible.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data across various platforms and touchpoints.
  • Analyse customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and social media, to align CRM data analysis with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on CRM in a marketing or social media context.
  • Previous agency side experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Google Analytics), and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
