Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with experience in managing multiple currencies and keen to hit the ground running? We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join this dynamic team on a 6 month initial contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank accounts across multiple currencies (GBP, EUR, USD).
- Manage the sales order to cash process, ensuring timely customer payments.
- Identify and collect overdue accounts, following the debt collection process (phone or email contact required).
- Prepare the Top 10 Debtors Report for the weekly Management Executive Group meeting.
- Generate the daily Flash Sales report for the Management Executive Group.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure all journals are posted accurately.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable role with month end experience
- Ability to learn quickly and hit the ground running
- Netsuite Experience
- Motivated and keen to learn
- Proactive and strong communication skills
