ROLE: Resourcing Executive
WHERE: City of London
WHEN: 09:30 - 17:30 / Monday - Friday / 3 days in office
SALARY: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
DUTIES:
- Manage end to end recruitment processes for the firm across all department
- Drive candidate attraction via marketing materials
- Build engaging talent pools using direct sourcing methods
- Build a direct pool of qualified professionals
- Review and implement PSL lists
- Work closely with recruitment agencies
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Monitor recruitment budget closely
- Support team on strategic recruitment initiatives
- Keep up with industry trends and use this to an advantage with the team
- Provide recruitment support and advice to all departments including Partners & MD's
WHAT'S NEEDED:
- Previous IN HOUSE recruitment experience
- Previous experience within legal recruitment
- Experience of both fee-earner and business team staff recruitment experience
- Demonstrable direct sourcing experience
- Team player who is happy to help out
- Great communication skills
- Experience of online candidate applicant tracking systems
