My Client - Tech Recruitment Specialist
Package: £30,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission Structure (£60K OTE Year 1) (£80K OTE Year 2)

- Recruitment Experience as a 360 consultant
- Ability to showcase BD wins
- Understanding of recruitment processes

Your role as a Recruiter
- Become the "go-to" recruiter within your specific market discipline
- Develop new business with target clients in your market
- Source the finest talent for your clients through multiple channels and manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish!
- Build an awesome candidate community using the latest recruitment methods such as Social Media, LinkedIn, Phone Calls & Meetups
- Maintain long-term client relationships- we are working with some of the best firms out there!
