Job Description: Property Paralegal
The Role:
The successful candidate will assist our client's busy property team in handling a variety of conveyancing matters, including but not limited to:
- Supporting solicitors with both residential and commercial property transactions.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
- Handling pre- and post-completion processes, including submitting registrations to the Land Registry.
- Assisting in liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
- Conducting legal research and preparing reports on various property-related matters.
- Managing client files efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
The Candidate
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in property law, particularly conveyancing.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Holidays: Standard plus bank holidays
Salary: £22-24,000pa
- This role would ideally suit a Paralegal who has had previous experience in both Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Conveyancing who has worked in a similar role and who is looking for career enhancement.
