We specialize in providing cutting-edge cloud solutions to a diverse client list across various industries. As we continue to expand, we're seeking a talented Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team providing solutions to both Azure and AWS environments.

As a Cloud Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and delivering cloud projects for our extensive client base. You'll collaborate closely with our clients, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, and ensuring the successful implementation of cloud solutions. Whether it's optimizing existing cloud environments or designing new architectures, your skills will be critical to our clients' success.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Support:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for cloud-related issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges promptly.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.

  • Cloud Project Work:

  • Design, implement, and manage cloud solutions based on client needs.

  • Work on migration projects (lift-and-shift, re-architecture) to cloud platforms (primarily Azure).

  • Optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency and performance.

  • Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC):

  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) scripts using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.

  • Automate deployment and configuration processes.

  • Security and Compliance:

  • Implement cloud security best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, project managers) to deliver successful outcomes.

  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, preferably with a focus on Azure.
  • Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305, AZ-400, SC-100) are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, ARM templates).
  • Desirable scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for automation.
