Dove and Hawk have been instructed by one of London's most recognisable multi office independent based in North London. This award-winning estate agency are looking to add a motivated and driven Senior Lettings Lister to expand the lettings business at one of their offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- List and promote properties.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords.
- Expand the lettings business.
- Keep up to date with all lettings and estate agency legislations.
- Registering new applicants and landlords.
- Arranging and conducting viewings.
- Recording, negotiating and presenting qualified offers.
- Providing viewing feedback.
Requirements:
- Previous Residential lettings experience in a Senior Lettings/Valuer role
- Driving License
- Understanding of the lettings process and legislation.
Salary: £28,000-£32,000, £60K OTE & Car Allowance
Hours: Monday - Thursday - 9am-6.30pm, 9am-6pm Friday Saturday's 9.30am-4pm - 1 off, 1 on
