Engineer - Street Lighting Design

We are looking for an Engineer with a specialism in Street Lighting Design to join our Major Projects and Investment team. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in street lighting design, who is ready to make a significant impact on the communities we serve.
Day to day of the role:
- Undertake the design, procurement, and supervision of street lighting schemes.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge on a range of highway and street lighting related topics.
- Work closely with the Highway and Street Lighting Design Team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Engage with partners and stakeholders to align street lighting designs with broader urban development and infrastructure plans.
- Ensure all designs meet current standards and regulations, and contribute to the safety and aesthetic of the community.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in street lighting design.
- Demonstrable technical knowledge in highway and street lighting.
- Ability to manage projects from design to completion.
- Strong communication and team-working skills.
