Customer Quality Engineer responsibilities include -

  • Lead customer investigations and problem-solve using core tools.
  • Lead internal audits, ensuring the correct documentation is completed.
  • Provide technical direction to internal staff and help update processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the workplace.
  • Assist with staff training and offer technical support to customers.

Customer Quality Engineer desirable skills and experience -

  • knowledge of modern manufacturing methods and techniques.
  • Knowledge of QMS such as ISO 9001, AS 9100, or IATF 16949.
  • Able to use core tools such as 8D, CAPA, and FMEA.
  • Mechanical engineering education (HNC/HNC), or relevant training.
