We are looking for a new and up coming Property Sales consultant to join the team at our state of the art Manchester branch with an on-site gym and cinema. If you are a natural sales person who thrives under pressure and doesn't scare away of dealing with clienteles worth millions then this is the role for you!
Our top earners make an annual income far north of £100,000 with our uncapped commission structure. This role is for the proactive person, as the more you put in the more you can earn. With a fantastic company culture, and many team events you will become part of a close knit team with full training provided in our Property Sales consultant role in Manchester.
We want to hear from people with previous sales experience, property experienced is preferred but if you can demonstrate that you are an out and out sales person you will be strongly considered. We want people who are hungry for success and are able to sell to investors. This is a no cold calling role, however if you want to go one step further you can source your own clientele.
As an Property Sales consultant your responsibilities will be:
- Working with high quality clients to identify their unique investment goals.
- Formulating investment strategies/ based on client goals.
- Issuing client monthly portfolio reports.
- Suggesting investments based on client needs.
- Analysing various markets and conducting research.
- Making adjustments to client investments over time.
- Communicating openly, consistently, and honestly with clients at all times.
