Are you a Quantity Surveyor with a Construction background, looking for an exciting role where you would be responsible and manage your own projects within a well-established, expanding company who will offer great progression opportunities, a bonus to boost your earnings and a company vehicle?
On offer is the opportunity to join a manufacturing company who creates and installs industrial and commercial doors from the North of England to the South of Wales. They provide their products and services to big customers like the NHS. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their friendly team and they are committed in providing the opportunity for progression.
You will be responsible for contacting suppliers, customers and contractors to follow up on contracts and projects. You will also need to collaborate with internal teams to discuss and negotiate pricing as well as discuss budget control. Finally, you will be required to follow up on projects.
This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with a Construction background, looking for the opportunity to manage their own desk and projects in a company that will invest in their progression and offer a bonus to boost your earnings.
The Role:
- Valuation and cost reporting
- Contractual relationships
- Collaboration with Estimation team
- Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm
