Reed Finance are partnered with a successful family run and fast growing organisation in the Crawley area who are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. This role is integral to maintaining financial health and supporting the growth of the company.
As Finance Manager you'll manage financial reporting, mentor the Finance Assistant, and work closely with the Finance Director to drive success. Initially this role is on an interim basis, however could well be a temp to perm for the right candidate.
Day to Day duties of the Finance Manager:
- Streamline and improve the financial reporting, processes, and systems.
- Oversee the sales ledger and credit control functions.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and annual reports.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance.
- Support with ERP optimisation and review projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to join this ever-evolving client in the local area, initially on an interim contract however this could well be made permanent.
