We are looking for an Inbound Front Line Manager / Inbound Manager

Shift:

08:00 – 16:00

Salary:

Up to £38,000 + performance and KPI driven bonus.

Are you looking for a new opportunity to join an experienced warehouse team? If you are, you may be just who we are looking for to manage our inbound team!

Working Monday to Friday, you'll be responsible for performance, productivity, and people. You'll oversee 3 container devanning teams, 12 FLT operators and 2 administrators – and in case you're wondering about the products your team will be tipping and controlling we work with almost every tree nut you can think of as well as a large range of dried fruit and beans, pulses and cereals.

As you know, in warehousing core objectives are focused around the KPI's that feed into the balance scorecard. They'll matter to you, as more than just a tick-box – your drive to deliver will keep your scorecards green! We're a hands-on company, so there's no hiding behind a desk here – you'll be out on the warehouse and canopy floors, mentoring and coaching your teams. However, we want to develop you too, so you'll be set projects to work on – often focused across the wider site; continuous improvement, waste reduction and with our new factory regeneration, we'll give you plenty of chances to play a role in our future, because we want it to be your future too.
