Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant/Operations Manager based in Braintree on a temporary to permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day operation of a small Digital Marketing business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing and organising MD's email inbox
- Delegating tasks to staff members and external freelancers
- Following up on delegated tasks, seeing through to completion
- Managing inbound enquiries and deciding appropriate action
- Managing any queries/issues from customers
- Taking job briefs from customers
- Writing small parts of website content
- Utilisation of AI
- Assisting with processing of expenses
- Running reports
- Liaising with existing clients
- General PA and Administrative duties
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Strong administrative skills
- Organised and self motivated
- Ability to work independently
- An interest in digital marketing
- Previous PA/Office experience
- Ability to make effective decisions
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
In return our client offers a basic salary of up to £30,000 per annum and hybrid working may be considered.
