Description

  • Respond to client SIPP inquiries within defined service levels and standards.
  • Understand and address client needs, expectations, and behaviours.
  • Translate complex pension rules into simple, client-friendly terms.
  • Manage client data for internal records and maintain risk awareness.
  • Stay updated on current retirement issues and regulations.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for product and service improvements.
  • Support internal and external process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in special projects and build strong professional relationships.
  • Adapt positively to change and champion excellence and attention to detail.

Profile

The ideal SIPP Queries Consultant will have an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, with relevant pension qualifications (R04 or equivalent). They will have at least three years of industry experience, excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a meticulous attention to detail. The candidate should be flexible, able to multitask, and work well under pressure.
