- Respond to client SIPP inquiries within defined service levels and standards.
- Understand and address client needs, expectations, and behaviours.
- Translate complex pension rules into simple, client-friendly terms.

- Provide feedback and recommendations for product and service improvements.

Profile
The ideal SIPP Queries Consultant will have an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, with relevant pension qualifications (R04 or equivalent). They will have at least three years of industry experience, excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a meticulous attention to detail. The candidate should be flexible, able to multitask, and work well under pressure.
