Customer Service Co-ordinator
We are seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator who is passionate about enhancing customer interactions and making every touchpoint effortless. As a Customer Service Co-ordinator you will be instrumental in ‘Delivering the Promise' to each customer, ensuring a world-class level of service. Day to Day of the role:
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products, services, and pricing.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding orders, stock availability, delivery schedules, and sales history.
- Provide exceptional customer service by keeping customers fully informed about the status of their orders.
- Collaborate with various departments including sales, technical services, production, and warehouse to confirm the status of orders and resolve any customer complaints.
- Enter data into databases and business systems to maintain accurate customer records, track orders and deliveries, and generate sales reports and statistics.
- Uphold a professional attitude in all customer interactions.
- Participate in all training necessary to maintain the skills required for the role.
- Work safely and proactively with regard to all health and safety and environmental issues.
- Demonstrate a flexible attitude towards working additional hours to meet deadlines.
- Embrace new methods of working and new technology introduced by the company and undergo training as directed.
