SALES / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Camberley, GU15
Salary: OTE £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Would you like to join a well-established Independent estate agent with offices in Camberley, Surrey? An opportunity has arisen for self-driven, hard-working, competent Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator.
The role will involve booking and conducting viewings, generating market appraisals, and upselling of other services offered as well as some administration. The perfect candidate will be an excellent communicator and have real enthusiasm for property and customer service. You will enjoy working to targets and strive to exceed customers' expectations.
Ideally, you will have experience in estate agency sales. You must have a full UK driving license and have your own car.
Skills: The skills required for this Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Experienced residential estate agent
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Camberley area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
