Your days will vary from handling matters relating to divorce; matrimonial arbitration/mediation; pre-nuptial agreements; financial disputes; custody agreements; and wills & trusts disputes.

**To excel in this Family Solicitor role, you will have:
- Up to 3 years of experience as a Family Solicitor, Lawyer, or Legal Executive (CILEx).
**In addition, the following is desirable:
- Experience handling matters relating to: divorce; matrimonial arbitration/mediation; matrimonial finance disputes; pre-nuptial agreements; cohabitation disputes; Children Act, etc.
- Knowledge of general family-related legislation and relevant case law.
